Green SpaghettiMmmmmm this is a picture of the green spaghetti served at my spooky Halloween party.

Take a medium sized sauce pan and add 6 - 8 cups of cold water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 T. of butter. Bring water to a boil.
Take 4 portions of dry spaghetti and add to the boiling water. Stir to get the spaghetti completely covered by the boiling water. Add several drops of green food colouring to the water until you feel the colour is dark enough. Turn down the heat to med and cook until done. Stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with some water. Place in serving bowl and cover to keep warm. Options: Serve with Pesto sauce Serve with meatballs and sauce Serve with parmesan cheese |
